Info Line, whose resource database receives over 100,000 visits annually, has redesigned its website in an effort to better serve the community. The site is available at 211summit.org and offers a searchable database of health and human services available to Summit County residents.
Info Line links people with resources for food, shelter, transportation, jobs, educational and health, among other services.
Website highlights include:
• Mobile-friendly features, like direct dialing, maps and driving directions;
• New common search categories;
• Graphical icons;
• “What’s New” information box;
• Data Dashboard (a data visualization tool with current status of metrics); and
• Print capability
Info Line will provide a training session for the new website Friday, Jan. 22, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop (preferably), tablet or smartphone to the training.
