Wear your leg warmers, windbreakers and fanny packs for a night of steak, craft beer, and 80s fun at Aqueduct Brewery, Aug. 20, from 5 to 11 p.m. Aqueduct is located at 529 Grant St.
Six new Barley Grail beers will be unveiled, as well as a cooked to order steak. The event will raise awareness about the Barley Grail Brewing Cooperative. The $15 entry includes 10, 5-ounce samples of Barley Grail beer and cooked-to-order steak.
There will also be a best dressed contest — the winner will receive a $25 gift card to Aqueduct, along with ’80s trivia, with a question every 30 minutes and prizes for those who answer correctly. The event also includes a brewing raffle: participants may enter into the raffle to win a brew date with Aqueduct brewer Bob Hernandez and can assist Bob and learn about the brewing process.
A photo booth will be set up, and those who post pics on social media and receive the most likes will win a T-shirt and glass.
