Agency will present these numbers at annual meeting, Celebration of Champions
In 2014 Goodwill Industries serving Summit, Portage, Medina, Ashland and Richland Counties helped 9,381 individuals through a number of services that offer assistance to people struggling to find employment, including career exploration and advising; resume and interview preparation; skill identification; work experience opportunities; skills training, as well as job coaching, development and placement.
These services were made possible through the generous donations of treasures received from nearly 444,000 donors and 1 million Goodwill shoppers that support the mission to help individuals prepare for, find and retain employment.
