To roast your beans you will need a stove, a few pans for roasting and cooling and a colander. You will also need a grinder to grind your fresh roasted coffee beans.
Heat your oven to 500 degrees F, and place the green coffee beans flat on a roasting pan. Roast the beans for 5 to 10 minutes. Cool the beans to stop the roasting process. Place the roasted beans after they have cooled into a colander to remove the chaff.
Your fresh roasted beans are best up to three weeks after roasting. Keep your beans sealed in a glass jar to keep fresh. Grind your beans, brew the coffee and enjoy.
