Local traveling boutique b.lovely will host an event this Thursday for residents to shop for a cause, with proceeds going to Pawsibilities, Humane Society of Greater Akron.
The Boutique Night takes place Thursday, May 21, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Cashmere Cricket in Cuyahoga Falls, and will mark b.lovely’s second event that donates proceeds to the animal rescue organization.
“The Summit Humane Society has always been really involved in community events, and I am a huge animal lover of all kinds, so it was just a natural partnership,” says Lyndsey Marie, who runs this popup and online retailer that sells women’s clothing and accessories. She adds that the first such event, held last fall, was the most lucrative “Boutique Night” the animal shelter has done with a local clothing retailer.
Tickets are $10, which will get participants a cupcake and a drink, and access to raffle prizes.

“It’s an affordable night out that you don’t have to feel guilty about because, hey, you’re helping the animals just by shopping. Did I mention Premier Crepes food truck will be serving up delicious crepes?”
