Who knew rice pudding could be so magical? Nathan-Paul & The Admirables, a Northeast Ohio-based band that mixes up a catchy blend of jazz, funk, trap, soul and hip-hop, just released a new video titled “Rice Pudding,” which begins with this mysterious statement: “A long, long time ago, a hidden group of people discovered the secret powers of rice pudding…” And what follows is bizarrely entertaining.
Stationed in Cleveland, Nathan-Paul & The Admirables is well known for getting crowds on their feet by delivering its signature unique groove. The band, a frequent presence in the Akron music scene as well, says it likes to create “a live experience that’s all about the good vibes. Whether The Admirables are jamming to a trap groove or laying down the funk, their #1 goal is to get you moving.”
And if you do check out an Admirables show, you’ll see firsthand that there’s nothing quite like the sound created by this talented group of musicians.
