Mustard Seed Market & Cafe has reopened its Highland Square café. In an effort to create the safest environment possible, the company has transitioned away from the past traditional café model to a “touch-less” experience.

In addition to the café following the state and CDC guidelines for food service, patrons will now order from their mobile phones and receive their orders in sustainable, single use containers. Customers are invited to dine in or take their food to go.
Mustard Seed also has installed Air Scrubber Technology, which puts out hydrogen peroxide to kill viruses both airborne and on surfaces.
“We are thrilled to reopen our cafes in what we believe to be the safest way possible,” said Abraham Nabors, second generation owner and director of education at Mustard Seed. “Our desire is for our guests to feel they are dining in a safe and responsible way. By going touch-less and utilizing Air Scrubber technology, we believe we are welcoming customers into an extremely safe dining experience.”

The café is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and is located in Highland Square at 867 W. Market St. For info, including the cafe menu, visit www.mustardseedmarket.com.
