Are you passionate about making your neighborhood a better place? Do you want to develop your leadership skills, abilities and connections to be a better leader in order to move Summit County forward?
The Neighborhood Leadership Institute of Summit County is an 11-week leadership development course that provides leadership and development training to Summit County’s most prominent grassroots leaders. Currently, the program is accepting applications for its 6th class. The class meets weekly on Thursdays, over 12 weeks from 5 to 9 p.m., with dinner at 5:30 p.m.
Participants leave with skills and training to create sustainable impact in their community, a greater appreciation for the assets of their neighborhood and a lifetime connection to the Institute’s network of more than 130 other grassroots leaders.
The 2015 class begins Feb. 19. Applications are available at our website www.uwsummit.org/NLI/NLI.htm.
