Eagle Scout project includes garden makeover in Goodyear Heights
Joe Roebuck from Boy Scout Troop 154 led a group of volunteers to install a flagpole and roses at the Vietnam Memorial located at the intersection of Watson Street, Wingfoot Way and Malasia, in the Goodyear Heights neighborhood.
